When it comes to functional ordering, we saw a huge need for a more modern, streamlined process - especially for first timers. We wanted to help make it easier to find the type of clothing and accessories you're looking for, from shops that have high quality pieces that fit well within the stipend allowance.
Quality Experience and Ease of Use
Our Policies
Timeframe
Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of our receipt. You will receive an email with your order status when it is complete, include any overage invoicing, out of stock items, or exception.

Tracking
Detailed tracking will be provided to your supply office, and you may reach out to inquire via our online contact form individually for an update. Please allow at least one business day between your order completion email for tracking to update.

Order Pickup
Upon receipt of all your items, you will be contacted to schedule a pickup. If your circumstance requires special exception, you may reach out through our contact form to inquire about partial delivery.

Returns/Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for size/fit 7 days from your receipt of the order. Original tags must be attached, and the item must be in new, unworn condition. Items purchased at sale or clearance prices from retailers will not be eligible for exchange.

If you receive an item that is not what you indicated on your order form, a return will be processed and the correct item ordered.

Missing Items
If an item from your order is lost in transit, you may choose to have your order fulfilled in part while we work on a resolution with the vendor.
